Aabaco Pool Supply is a division of Aabaco Environmental Industries, a company trusted since 1984. After the original founders retired, the business was purchased by a dedicated husband-and-wife team who upheld the same commitment to customer satisfaction, quality products, and reliable service.
We’re based in Florida and ship nationwide. We operate online but provide the same knowledgeable support you’d expect from a local pool supply store.

We ship anywhere in the continental U.S. Some large or heavy items may require freight shipping.
Most in-stock items ship within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Orders ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS depending on size, weight, and destination.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges
If we shipped the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will replace or refund it at no cost once it is returned in new condition within 10 days. If the customer ordered the wrong item, an RMA is required and the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Inspect your shipment upon delivery. If damage is visible, note it with the carrier, refuse the shipment, and contact us. For concealed damage, notify us within 24 hours and keep all packaging. Once a shipment is signed for without damage noted, responsibility shifts to the customer.
Items that have been installed or used cannot be returned unless approved by the manufacturer. Because pool systems vary, we cannot accept returns for items incompatible with your setup. If unsure, please check with the manufacturer before ordering.
If you believe your product is defective, please contact the manufacturer. Most provide technical support and warranty service to determine whether the issue is a defect, installation error, or compatibility issue.
Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order. Once approved, the item must be shipped back and received within the same 30-day period in new, unused, saleable condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part.
After inspection, refunds are processed within 3 business days and issued to your original payment method for the product price minus any applicable fees.
• Stocked items in new condition typically have no restocking fee.
• Special-order or drop-ship items may incur up to a 25% restocking fee.
• If we provide a return label, return shipping costs may be deducted.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless we shipped an incorrect item.
Freight-shipped items are not eligible for return.
Refused deliveries may incur a 20% restocking fee, outbound shipping, return freight charges, and any additional carrier fees.
Items not eligible for return will not be credited.
Contact us for an RMA number. All returns must include the RMA, be in original undamaged packaging, and be shipped prepaid unless we shipped the wrong item.
Most products include a manufacturer’s warranty. Aabaco Pool Supply does not offer any warranties beyond those provided by the manufacturer. Manufacturer warranties typically cover defects in materials or workmanship only. Labor, installation costs, and any damage after delivery are not covered. Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with warranty claims.
